Q: How do I order?
A: You may order here or through our Instagram account @naturayogaph where you can send us the following details:
- Delivery Address
- Contact Number
- Mode of Payment (BPI/BDO Bank Transfer or GCash/Paymaya)
Once sent, we will send you your total amount due as well as our payment account details. Kindly send us a screenshot of the successful transaction so we can confirm and ship your mat at an agreed date.
Q: What are your modes of payment?
We accept debit, credit card, and GCash payments via PayMongo (shown upon checkout).
Should you wish to pay directly to our accounts, you may do so via BPI or BDO bank transfer and via GCash and Paymaya.

Q: Do you ship nationwide?
A: Yes we do! We ship via Lalamove/Mr Speedy within Metro Manila then via CliqNShip/J&T/LBC for areas outside Metro Manila. In light of the current pandemic, shipping outside Metro Manila might take a while depending on your area. Also, we collate orders first for around 2 days before we go to the nearest courier to make the most of the trip.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We haven't done this but we're willing to try it out for you! ;) Just send us a message @naturayogaph on Instagram or at email@example.com so we can coordinate and have the shipping cost estimated.
Q: How do I clean my mat?
A: For minor cleaning, just wipe it gently with a damp cloth dipped in a solution of mild detergent and water. For deep cleaning, you may handwash the mat using mild detergent and water. Air dry only. Don't leave it out under the sun as it may damage the natural rubber.
Q: Can I use my mat for workouts other than yoga?
A: Yes you may. We've seen our customers do floor exercises and calisthenics (some even with shoes) on their mats. You may use the rubber side of the mat if you're not comfortable stepping on the microfiber side.
Q: What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We only accept returns/refunds for the following reasons:
- Factory/manufacturing defects
- Item received was different from the order given
We cannot accept returns/refunds due to:
- Change of mind
- Item received did not meet the buyer's expectations but is consistent with the descriptions and look on the site's product description and images
You may request for a return/refund by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending us a direct message through our Instagram account @naturayogaph. Please provide photos or videos of the item/s you received highlighting your concern. We will coordinate with you on how to proceed with your return/refund request or if you want to have your item exchanged instead (subject to exchanged item's availability).
